They are multi-functional multilayered films and sheets designed to exhibit the feature of each component film and are stacked together by expert technologies to provide proper thickness required.

蓋帶和載帶配合使用，搬運半導體封裝電子元器件至表面裝配工程。
Cover Tapes (SUMILITE?CSL-Z) is used for carrier of semiconductors and electrical components packing in SMT process. This tape should be used with carrier tape.
